If you are a current tenant with MD Properties and you recommend a New Landlord to us who signs up for our services, you will receive £100 once the new Landlords property has tenants.
To claim a £100 payment the referrer must advise new property owner to MD Properties.
£100 will be paid to referrer when recommended landlord will sign the contract for managed service with MD Properties and his new tenant will successfully move in.
This offer is not applicable in the case where people recommended are already registered or have used the services of MD Properties.
MD Properties reserve the right to refuse claims and withdraw this offer at any point without prior notice.
