This service is ideal for landlords who are more hands on. This service includes:

• Free Personal and Professional Advice
• Arranging To Let board
• Advertising to Let on Three Websites
• Full referencing & Credit Checks
• Preparing Tenancy agreements
• Periodic property inspections,initially 6 weeks after the start of a new tenancy followed by every 6 months and providing a report
• Creation of a detailed inventory with photographs
• Prompt payments of rent directly to your bank, along with an email monthly statement
• Arranging Gas Safety Inspection and Energy Performance Certificate etc.
• Completing a free check-out of the property.
• Inform the landlord and tenant of any issues found at the check-out.
• Registering the deposit
• Advising landlord of any maintenance issues that have been reported
• We also offer a NO LET-NO FEE policy with NO fees payable up front
