Bronze Rent Collection Services

This service is for landlords who wish to manage the day to day running of the property themselves. Our service includes:

• Arranging To Let board
• MD Properties App available on App Store & Google Play from April 2023
• Advertising to Let on Three Websites plus social media channels
• Taking advertisement photographs
• Full referencing & Credit Checks
• Preparing all documentation including tenancy agreements, along with a moving in pack for the tenant with all the information that they will need. An electronic copy of all documentation emailed to the landlord if required
• Prompt bacs payments, along with your monthly statement

All dealings beyond this point would be direct between the landlord and the tenant. The landlord is responsible for repairs, general contact with tenants and handling any problems that may arise. This service is not recommended for landlords who are not experienced, or those who have little time on their hands.

It should be noted that this service does not include rent guarantees, accompanied viewings, inventories or lease renewals. These extras (which are FREE with the platinum management package) can be arranged at extra cost.
