The rooms range in size from 9.3m2 up to 15.6m2, and all have a small kitchenette cupboard and worktop space with under counter fridge freezer to ensure plenty of space for food storage. Cooking is done in the newly fitted shared kitchens which also have plenty of storage space and shared utensils for your use.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, and also either a drop-down table with folding chairs of an extended section of worktop that can be used as a desk/table.
We have 2 high-speed virgin fibre connections and each room has a directly wired ethernet port and a TV point + (TV license is provided for shared areas but in rooms, TV and licence is tenants responsibility to arrange)
High-quality blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep and our brand new gas central heating system ensures you will not be cold over winter.
Most bills are included, although in-room electricity is on a separate meter that can be easily topped up online. Hot water and heating are all via the gas boiler so is included and not via the meter. Each room has its own shower, toilet and wash hand basin in the ensuite.
If you require your own off-street parking space this can also be added for a separate small fee. Doing it this way allows us to keep the room costs down for those who don’t drive. Room boasts access to our TV room which includes a 65″ TV and Netflix, with comfy lounge chairs.
The room picture and video are in the actual property – all rooms have similar colour walls and carpet. Some have different beds.
We can arrange a viewing any time from today so you can see what size the rooms are whilst they are being finished, with move-in being possible from 3rd December 2021
