MD Properties was established in 1992 by Robert and Diane Macfarlane.
Our Managing Director, Izabela Soszynska-Opryszek, joined MD Properties in 2010 after completing her Master’s degree. Over the years, Izabela gained extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the business — from lettings and management to operations and client relations.
In 2016, Izabela became a shareholder, bringing a fresh vision and energy to the company. She modernised the office, streamlined internal procedures, and introduced innovative systems that improved efficiency and enhanced customer service.
Her personal approach, dedication, and hands-on management style have helped MD Properties stand apart from larger corporate agencies. Under her leadership, the company has tripled its client base and continued to grow steadily. Izabela ensures the company provides personalised approach and service. She is also fluent in English and Polish.
In response to customer demand, MD Properties expanded its services to include property sales at the end of 2025, further strengthening our ability to meet all property needs under one roof.
